Citi - Why do I need to apply again if I already have FT offer?
I got a return offer to Citi last week (EMEA). HR told me to submit a new application in order to generate the contract + answer some compliance questions.
Why is this needed? I mean they should already have all the information they need from my SA?
What type of questions do I need to answer?
Man, if only there was a unit responsible for recruiting and personnel matters that you could reach out to, or even better could have asked when getting the offer.. unlucky
This is standard, don't worry. The questionnaire is a pre-offer survey, essentially just declarijg you're not a covered person and not dodgy etc
What type of questions more specifically? Did you receive this after your verbal offer?
Theyre purely regulatory, like you don't have bad credit, not a politically exposed person etc.
Also yes, after verbal offer, but they also send this to post-AC people who are going to get an offer before they call and make the verbal.
I assume this is a regional office and not London right?
Yes
