I don’t have great info on this so take worth a grain of salt, but based on my understanding that they primarily do SPAC deals (esp on the cap raising or PIPE side), I would see the most likely / easiest exits as

  1. Another bank, especially doing ECM, TMT, SPAC coverage, or equity research
  2. SPAC sponsor
  3. Event driven equities hedge fund that does SPAC stuff (Polar, Meteora, Glazier, etc.)

Of course if you’re doing non-SPAC deals then other more traditional exits may be easier. And as always you can make big pivots early in your career. This is just the most obvious / path of least resistance in my view.
