Cold email to boutique banks as a teen.

Hello, As a teenager who is hopeful in working in the industry one day, I want to obtain some expirence about what the daily routine is. I also want to immerse myself if what they do on a display basis. So my question to everyone is, when cold emailing workers at the company how should I structure my email? As a person in high school, I have done no formal email writing (other than to my teachers), so my question is what should I do/ say to be able to obtain a shadow day, Thank you.

90% of people will be annoyed if you email them while in HS. Frankly, they just don't have time to talk to someone not even in college yet. Stop stressing and enjoy your youth while it lasts.

Unless you've got heavy family connections, nobody will answer you, and even if they do, it won't matter because you cannot get any worthwhile experience at this age. Just focus on getting into a target.

To infinity... and beyond!
