Does anyone know if CPP investments has recruited for summer 2025 (Toronto)? I saw the job posting go up and I believe it closed on July 17. Have they started sending out interviews?

I actually had to double take because some of the faces looked familiar. I remember meeting some of these kids and I'd be salty too if I had to compete with that kind of resume. Good luck on your continued victimhood, easier to hide behind that than accept mediocrity.

Can we stop the "straight, white males are the only ones affected by DEI" scam? Everyone who is not a woman, black/latino or LGBTQ is negatively impacted by DEI initiatives - this includes white males but it's not just them

I heard a friend last year said he knew someone that was turned down because "he didn't fall under their DEI initiative". Not saying its the reason straight white men can't get interviews and let alone offers, though it definitely does not help.
Can confirm a strong candidate was turned down to make space for another who's a female to get the desired ratio. Of course that's probably not what was told but anyone that knew, knew what it was about.
