Crossing the border on a TN visa "economist" ?

Hi fellow Canadians. Recently got a PE offer and was wondering how TN success rates have been under the "Economist" title for IBD/PE jobs? I've been advised to go thru the Newark port of entry but any thoughts are much appreciated.
