CVP/PJT vs Citadel/P72?

My nephew has secured one of PJT (non-RSSG)/CVP as well as one of CAP/P72 Academy in the past week (along with a few BBs) and is deciding between the two. He doesn't prioritize compensation or WLB, just pure prestige so he can flex on his class at Wharton and make a flashy LinkedIn post. His reasoning is that he can always hop somewhere else for FT if he doesn't like it. Which one do you guys think is more prestigious?

Majority of those applications to the BBs don’t even get looked at. Point72’s process for the Academy is entirely meritocratic and allows you to show your prowess on the case which almost everyone gets - its much more competitive.

A bit more than P72 academy, less than quants assuming it's equities and not CitSec or one of their niche divisions I forgot the names of but same idea as P72 Cubist.
