Hi was just wondering,
Is D.A. Davidson done recruiting for the SA role for 2021 summer? And can anyone talk about any other banks their size (in comparison)?

I don't think they or other similar banks are done recruiting - I think there are still a few spots left.
The process is very similar to any other bank. Recruiting starts in the fall. Submit resume on campus, online or network your way in. After that, a few phones screens followed by a superday (e.g. typical technical questions, plus some offices might throw in a quick case study, etc.).
What are some comparable banks to D.A. Davidson?
Think Intrepid (LA), Cascadia, Capstone Headwaters
Good question and I don't know if there's a good comparable bank. Maybe Stifel, Raymond, BMO, Loop Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald...my best guess
