What are people's views on DC in 2021?
I am sure it's worse than some of the MM's like Jefferies or William Blair, but I personally think it's still a good bank. I mean I still don't have a offer secured, so I'm ready to take anything at this point
Good global deal flow did 170 deals last year. US does around 70% M&A 30% financing. Mostly 100m-1bn with largest US deal YTD at $6.8bn.
Overall growing since the US is a big priority for Daiwa and bankers get to work on a lot of cross border deals. Seems somewhat similar to Lincoln perhaps?
