Debt in unlevered beta calculation
Hi, I am evaluating a private company. I have unlevered beta from Damodaran database and I try to convert it to levered beta. Thing is, that I don't know should I use total debt or just long-term financial debt. I am confused and need your help :D
Use net debt to offset the effects of cash, could use gross debt but you would need a cash beta.
