Deferred start date advice

So I recruited for a bank that starts us early 2025. I want to find a financial analyst position like FP&A in the mean time. I am curious if I should tell my potential employer that I have to leave early 2025 or should I not mention it until a few weeks before I have to go? Is this unethical? What should I do if they ask? Should I leave the LinkedIn blank?

TIA
