diff. between LTM and TTM / shortcut for wrap/ shortcut for merge cells

Monkeys,

Is there a difference between LTM and TTM? I'm under the impression that it just means the previous consecutive 12 months before a certain date, which doesn't necessarily have to be today. (For example, LTM EBITDA as of 3/31/2007 would cover the 12 month interval prior to 3/31/2007. Is this the same as TTM EBITDA?

Also,

What are the shortcuts for wrap and merge cells? Ctrl + 1 --> Alignment is getting tedious...

Thanks!

goblan:

Never merge cells. Always Ctrl + 1 and center across selection. It's a pain to when you have to copy and paste merged cells.

clarify this, i dont understand what you wrote

ctrl + 1 and then what?
