Diversity Insight Days
Hi guys, I have been applying to some diversity programs at bank and was wondering what happens if you aren't able to make the insight days on the weekend it's happening. I know that the purpose of these diversity insight days is to accelerate the recruiting process, but do you still get those benefits even if you aren't able to attend (but get accepted)? Is it even worth applying to if you know you can't make it?
