Do BB MDs have to bring in business independently or does the BBs give them business to bring in?
Im sorry if this comes off as idiotic but im an sophomore in high school curious about the investment banking industry and i have searched across wso and the internet for a answer to this but haven’t found anything inconclusive yet.
Do BBs give MDs potential deals and get them in contact with the executive in order to do a pitch or do MDs independently find deals? Thanks in advance.
