Does HR see compliance breaches?
Had a tiny compliance breach (OC analyst) recently where I sent a document to a client that needed to be encrypted, but wasn’t.
Just got sent an email with a tutorial on how to encrypt emails, and according to the person who sent me it, no further action is required. Wasn’t warned to encrypt it by the analyst on the deal and he didn’t even know we needed to. Don’t think the staffer was alerted either.
The return offer decision is a couple months away, but is this going to go on my record and prevent a return offer? I’ve been told the offer is mine to lose, just worried this issue will come up again.
