While I am aware base salaries in banking in Dubai are more or less in line with NYC, are bonuses that high as well? So would an associate at Moelis/Evercore Dubai make as much as one in NYC?
Additionally, how does comp compare for senior bankers, so VP onwards? Would an ED at an EB in Dubai make as much as his counterpart in NYC?
