Hi all - first post. I’ve seen mixed data points about this online. Are A2A stub bonuses actually performance based or standard issue? Feel like because it’s a stub, firms are probably feel less compelled to pay you based on performance, especially because you just got a signing bonus.
Curious to what people hear / have experienced. Standard ASO1 salary and signing bonus fwiw.
