ED decision Cornell vs Amherst

I go to a feeder school where lots of kids go to Cornell and Amherst. I also have solid stats and extracurriculars so I think I have a solid shot at Cornell and Amherst ED. Im looking for opinions on IB placement and culture at both schools. Also want to know which Cornell college to apply ED to if I end up applying.

I go to Amherst and my dad went to Cornell (I didn't apply). I personally think I made the right choice for myself culture-wise, but I think that if your main goal is IB, you're better off attending Cornell; I have many friends who currently go there, and the pipeline is significantly more formalized and easy to navigate at Cornell than it is here.
