Enormous mistake: Withdrawal and reapplying?

Hi All,

I have applied of the wrong internship at a BB. It is meant for 3rd years and I am a 2nd year. (I basically misread a wording in where an "or" in the description allowed me to apply).

I was thinking of withdrawing, deleting my account and then applying to the new job when it opens with a different email.

Apparently you do get flagged but surely saying to HR that you misread a job description is far worse?

Thanks a lot!
