Entry-level or internship for non-synchronous double-degree?

My time to seek WSO-wisdom. I'm doing two separate BSc:s from a target European school (Finance) and not-so-target (Data Science). I have legit internships and extracurr on my resume, but my BSc:s are asynchronous. The Finance degree finishes summer '25, in time for entry-level recruiting cycle, and the other in Dec '25. Should I aim for Summer Analyst and hope to get offer when done with 2nd degree, or are my chances better to apply for fall '25 intake and post-pone 2nd degree indefinitely?
