I have an upcoming superday for the NY M&A group. Anyone know past questions they asked? Or how exactly to prep? Paper mergers/lbos?

When did you do first round and when did you hear back abt superday? I have only done first round so can't speak to past SD qs, but I would guess it'd be a lot more behavioral

Had my super recently, extremely conversational and more behavioural and fit confused. Technicals were on par with first round

Had my super today. Echoing the above poster, a mix of behaviourals and technicals. More conversational and with senior individuals. Heard back with an offer 4-5 hours after my interview.

Nope, looks like Evercore's super stingy with offers this year. Does anyone know if there'll be more superdays? Cuz maybe they're waiting to finish interviewing everybody and compare us all at the end.
I know someone (non diversity, to my knowledge) from my target school just signed with them - he must have interviewed last week or something
Haven't heard back from my SD. Very tough technicals, though. Not by the book and requires you to piece together multiple concepts from the guides
