Have heard loooong hours
They should just change the name to Hardcore....a buddy of mine works there, and even as an associate the hours a longer than some places.
It's a pretty standard 9-5 from what I hear...
I heard this too, overtime = pay and a half. Employee potlucks, softball games, you can pull a few sick days (if you can really act well)
I heard it was better hours than most other banks - not true?
i had a superday there a few yrs ago, maybe things have changed but seemed like a bunch of uptight nerds and ive heard its a sweatshop

Anybody know first hand about Evercore NY's office? How is culture, deal flow, associates, hours, exit opps, work (modeling or WGLs)? How is it compared to Lazard and Greenhill on the same metrics?
