I work in a DCM group right now. People exit to other coverage groups, private credit, and asset management. One person to VC too.

PE is out of question since you’ll need really solid modeling skills, which are easier to pick up when you’re in coverage.

 

That was super helpful. What are your hours like and when your colleagues moved to coverage did they lose a year in the transition or were they given the same title/ equal credit for their work experience?
