Expiring Offer but Still Interviewing

I received an unpaid offer on Friday from a boutique in a non-finance city. It expires tomorrow however I am in late round interviews at boutiques in NYC and two other finance centers. None of them will be paid but that's not the issue. What would you guys do? In my heart I want the bank from one of the other finance centers badly. Is there any way to extend the deadline because it's unpaid? Would it be bad to accept the offer only to renege if I get the offer I want? Thanks for your help!
