FAANG Interview, Should I follow Up?

Had a telephone interview screen-er with the HR rep at FAANG for their Corp-Fi/Fp&A team. It went well enough for her to say, during the call, lets move you to the next round for a virtual interview with the team.

She started looking through the team manager's calendar and couldn't find anything available this week so she asked me a couple final questions like salary expectation to which I replied I didn't really have any she said she would get back to me shortly on setting up a time (I think).

Its been two days now and I have heard nothing. Should I follow up?

Two quick asides:

I mentioned to her before the phone call ended that I could send them a work portfolio and she said they would like that but I was waiting for the next round to be set up before doing so and I am not sure if shes waiting on that.

Also, after the call ended I left my phone for a few minutes and came back to it to find a call with no caller ID, which is how the HR representative called me initially, and no message. I emailed the recruiter and asked if she had called but she said no so this would technically be the second time I would reach out to her.

Advice, thoughts, therapeutic words of encouragement?
