There are two of us already but we are looking for one more person. Looking to live in Tribecca or FiDi rent up to 1400 a month. Lease start June 15th.

We've already found a few places in our price range.
Have you looked at them in person? Because I don't know a single Analyst at my bank who lives there and it's a great place to live. I went to a couple places in person and was dumbfounded at the prices.
FYI - you're not getting into Tribeca for (anywhere near) that. I think you mean FiDi
