Financial Restructuring PnL

Hi all,

Recently I’m working with some RX bankers and heard them discuss a “restructuing PnL” model. I asked one of my colleague who said he’s not sure but maybe it’s about liability allocation in restructuring. Can anyone who’s familiar with this topic provide some insights?

Thanks
