First year programming at GS with 190k?
My friend just told me he got hired at Goldman Sachs (NY office) for $190,000 for a programming job (first year)
I called bullshit on him, but can anyone confirm?
I call bull. Unless hes a quant its not possible.
He could very well be quant though, in which case he's (deservedly) getting paid an absurd amount of money to do an absurdly challenging job.
