Flying home
For those who have family obligations: How often can you realistically fly from home to visit your family with this job? Specially New York to LA in my case. Thanks for any insight

I’ve never had a problem with going for a long weekend (Memorial Day / 4th of July) or around Nov/Dec holidays for a full week or so.
My group is split across five offices though, so take this with a grain of salt because we’re definitely more “WFH/virtual friendly”
