I recently started working full time at a small regional boutique where I first interned a few days a week during my last semester in school. I typically work around 40-50 hours a week so my deal exposure and experience is more limited. That being said, would I have a shot at 2019 FT positions? Or would it be better for me to wait and apply for lateral openings? Thanks for the help.
