It helps. I just got a Hr call invite, prob because of an analyst who set my resume to hr. So yes for sure, but I know kids who didn’t and got superdays.
I think networking is huge. I got my first round literally because a guy told me he would push me through and then got first round invite the next day. Friends with interviews there had same experience.
How long between Hirevue and first round, and then first round to SD?
