FT Roommate in Los Angeles

I start FT this summer in Los Angeles, and am looking for housing/roommates. The FT roommate thread was mainly NYC, so I hope to start this thread if anyone was looking specifically for LA.

Office Location: Century City
Preferred Areas: Santa Monica, Culver City, Westwood, etc
Start Date: Training is in NYC, won't be in LA until early August
Lease Start: Early August
Position: FT Analyst - IBD
Total Roommates: 2-4
Gender: Male
Budget: up to $1400, but lower is better
