Full time advice after missing 2018 SA

Long time lurker first time poster. This isn't a pity post, rather just wondering how to differentiate myself for full time recruiting.

Background: top-20 school and varsity athlete with ~3.3. Recruited for 2018 SA and came up with nothing. Cold called and emailed over 150 places and eventually came up with a PWM internship (UBS, MS, ML). Investment banking is still my goal for full time and made a few decent contacts during cold call period.

Really want to make sure I don't come up short again and would love any advice from people who have been in my situation before. I know how much harder FT recruiting is, but I'm not going to give up. I'm not quite sure how to go about full time, just keep in contact with those I made earlier? Continue to cold email people at boutiques and ask about full time? What does timeline look like for full time?

Thank you in advance.
