Girls Who Invest Summer 2021 Waitlist

Hi everyone! I applied to the GWI Summer Intensive Program 2021 and unfortunately was waitlisted. I was wondering if anyone out there knows how likely it is to get off the waitlist. Even it is to their online program.

Who else has been waitlisted? Is there anything extra we can do to get off?

Hey, current junior. I was waitlisted from the summer intensive last year, but ended up getting the online intensive. I think chances you get the summer one is pretty low, chances you get the online is decent. I sent an email following up with interest and sharing updates/achievements from the previous semester, but it didn't work lol

hey, current junior here. I had a friend who was waitlisted and ended up getting off the waitlist in late april or early may I think. but when she responded with her interest in the offer, she was told someone else had already taken the spot so it seems like they had one opening that they offered to multiple people - kind of unprofessional in my opinion but she ended up being fine. I heard all the girls at my school who were waitlisted eventually got the online program but i'm not sure if the process has changed. hope this helps but i wouldn't hold my breath for getting the summer intensive off the waitlist. good luck!
