GOLDMAN SACHS ANALYSTS - PLS READ - SA26
Submitted my application a bit late (Sunday, 1/5/24) - SA26
I had good calls at both offices and was told to keep in touch, I emailed my contacts today (Monday, 1/6/24).
At a top target, 3.8, strong resume. However, I did not get a hirevue today. Most people got it, and I was just told GS has some internal policy that if you don't apply the day of, you automatically get rejected. Hoping this isn't true.
Can anyone at Goldman confirm this? Thanks
Not from Goldman but I have also heard of something similar from someone who went through the recruiting process last year.

I applied 3 days after it opened with no networking and got the Hvue. Low Target, 3.8, non div. I bet there will be a second wave and you’ll get it
Nope . I didn’t apply day of and got HV. Non target non diverse good resume high gpa . No networking .

i applied few days ago, got the Hirevue the next day.

Don’t think that’s true because GS will post lateral applications through LinkedIn and will sometimes repost them every week or two, so it wouldn’t make sense to only grab the fresh day 1 batch. I imagine you are still in the hunt. Good luck soldier
