Got an offer from Union Square

Hi everyone, I just got an offer from Union Square Advisors SF office. I'm curious to see if anyone has any information about their deal flow/ reputation? Are they about the same with elite boutiques such as Evercore, Centerview etc.? I could not find much information online. Also if anyone has any advice about how to best leverage an offer that would be great!

I also have an interview with William Blair coming up. I do want to be in technology but William Blair has a bigger name. Which one is better?

How do Union Square Advisors and Evercore compare directly in the technology space though? Looking at transaction history on Union Square and Evercore's websites makes it seem like they both focus on $500M to $1B transactions with a mix of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising. Does this not mean that they are somewhat comparable (minus brand recognition) in the technology space? Would exit opps differ dramatically between these two firms if technology focused VC/PE/Growth/Corp Dev is the goal?

From what I’ve heard from friends USA is a strong tech shop that has a consistent deal flow (more MM than front page of WSJ tech deals). Exits are excellent if you want to exit out into the tech / startup world

How'd you get an interview? I'm a non target and have been emailing guys there and got on the phone with 2 of them. Didn't get an interview yet so idk if I still have a shot
