It's more of a timing thing - are you in a masters program? If so, absolutely.

If you're 25, working full time and taking classes part time, that wouldn't count.

You're eligible during undergrad and any immediate extensions of undergrad, CPA 5th year is pretty common and totally fine for IB. But you can't be years out of school taking a few classes and still be a "graduate"

I'm 21, graduating from undergrad, and planning to take 4 classes next year (2023) so I can pursue an advanced credential CPA/CFA.

Have yet to work full time yet, that'll be a yr 5, but I will have my diploma in May 2022.

Will I be okay?

Yes, but if online applications ask your grad date, put 2023. On your resume, put the top line as graduating in 2023, you can then put something like your undergrad major (May 2022), CFA Coursework, or official certificate name if there is one ([Month] 2023)

you will get auto dinged by the computer if you apply for a 2023 role and put 2022 grad, or if someone looking at your resume glances at the top and it says 2022 same thing - as long as you clarify on your resume you are fine
