The current postings are not gonna be looked at until August when they have an idea of if they even want to recruit FT or not.
The people that constantly say “bump” or “following” on this must not have internships in banking. If you have an internship in banking rn the only focus is on getting a return offer- then you recruit. They don’t want you if you don’t have that return offer in your hand

Spoke to an MD and said that most spots are taken up by SAs. Got a referral from him and haven't heard anything yet.

None of this doesnt matter. It is literally just there so they have your resume in the system for HR. While its possible for them to sift through this pile if none of the shortlisted candidate pan out, not sure if it is something you want to bet on. You need to network for this and each group does their own hiring. Process will be straight to spd that will happen either next week or the week after.

Superday for NYC has been out. Thursday, August 15th (group ranking is across classic and financing and includes all groups). Just because you can rank the group doesn’t mean they have full time spots.

Head count dependent. This one is organized by HCM and they made all the groups participate regardless of situation. If a group has spot and they liked you from the SPD you will get notified.
