Hi guys,
Quick question I've been pondering- since at Goldman you can become a partner at the top level, does that make it impossible to reach such a high income at other firms? Would regional/industry heads at other BBs/ top boutiques be making similar money, or does GS partnership give you a serious income boost?

Well, Andrew Hall was supposed to get ten units, and he was a retail banker, so it's still possible to get paid if you don't work for Goldman
