Help! Fast Track Offer Event?
I recently was invited to a IB and S&T event at a BB. There are two events total and are invite by email only. They say that there will be a competition and top performers will be given fast track opportunity to the internship. They say you will learn more about the role by playing certain functions of an analyst within a group.
What do they mean by top performer, given that this will be a group Zoom? What should I keep in mind to be a top performer. This is for non finance majors only. Any tips for me?

Congrats, here’s my 2 cents. Engage within the Zoom call. This means asking questions via chat function or when the opportunity arises and writing follow up emails that pertain to the material you learn and people you meet (especially if you have similar interests or paths).
Come prepared with questions and having researched the ends and outs of the firm. Know your answer to why (firm/field).
