I’ve been interviewing with a boutique M&A firm on the east coast. Made it to the case round. I have previous IB internship experience (junior summer boutique). This case requires I do a sell side pitch for a company. I need to make a deck, buyers list, comps, DCF, and lbo with analysis output on PPT. I’ve never made an lbo. Any tips on how to approach this case? Any templates that I can use? Any help is appreciated thank you
