Hi all, I just had my final SD interview for a lateral analyst position at HL yesterday afternoon. I followed up today and recruitor said I would hear back by Monday or Tuesday. Does this mean I got dinged since I didn't hear back today? Also in my workday, my title is still hyperlinked and it still says In Progress. Really stressing out right now and could use any insights anyone might have. Thank you.

HR/possibly your interviewers are doing return offer deliberations for SA's rn. heard it's been delayed slightly so that's probably slowing things down. if you don't hear by next wk i would assume its cooked though

not always the case. when i lateraled to my bank a few years ago it took the weekend. they need to collect feedback and the folks frankly have other more pressing things on their mind so may take a while to give feedback. you’ll likely hear early next wk
