Have a friend who interned there this past summer. Very laid back culture with little emphasis on face time. Seamless budget of ~$50 that covers lunch and dinner. Basically shirt and slacks were allowed throughout the summer for interns. Hours are still long but nothing like a sweatshop.

MBA classmate works in that group. He loves it. Restructuring is super interesting work, and Houlihan is easily one of the top shops. His hours are rough but better than the boutique and BB M&A groups.
