Houlihan Restructuring or Bear Stearns Tech? Decision-making help appreciated.

As a first job out of college, which of the following would you recommend? Please keep in mind I summered at a BB in IBD, and while I have no consulting experience whatsoever, management consulting does interest me. Which of these do you suspect is the "best" opportunity as a first step in my career?

HLHZ Restructuring Bear Stearns TMT

BCG Bain Possibly McKinsey

Your help is much appreciated! Additionally, a few of these offers will explode in a week. How do you recommend I ask for more time, if that's possible?

Thanks again.

What do you see yourself doing down the line?

These 2 fields typically lead individuals down 2 different careers

Anyway, if I was in your position, and was set on doing finance I would go to Houlihan Restructuring...I am not fond of Bear Stearns.

If I am thinking later down the line of entering management at a Fortune 500, I would do consulting, going to the firms in this rank:" 1. McKinsey 2. Bain 3. BCG

On a side-note, McKinsey (and yes the other managment consulting firms) is such an amazing name to have on your resume...with amazing B-school placement (if you are considering that) and exit opps
