Rothschild US has tons of room for growth. In London, the firm’s at the very top… exciting to see if/how/when it can get that way in the US.

NY is the main office and everywhere else is satellite with much fewer people. Strongest teams in the US are Industrials and Rx. Top 5 firm in terms of pay, but nothing crazy in terms of deals (competes with HL, GHL, GUGG, sometimes MOE or PWP, etc).

Decent exits into MM/UMM PE with a few at BX/EQT/etc and excellent culture. I’d say it’s a great opportunity if you want to try out the US and be with a well known, yet growth-stage, firm.
