How to deal with mental illness and have a good career?
Anyone else suffering from a mental illness like schizophrenia or bi-polar doing IB work? How do you guys deal with it apart from medication? Sometimes I can be a bit normal for a few weeks but my condition often times deteriorates quickly and I end up locked in my room for months at a time. This is okay for a student but as a professional it could be very harmful. How to deal with this?

Unfortunately for your current situation, IB requires consistent solid performance for success. I would probably recommend trying to get all mental health issues sorted ahead of hitting the desk because the added stress would almost certainly break you if you don’t have a solid foundation of stability.
