How to get IBD analyst post grad

Hi everyone,

Class of 2017 here

I was pre-med throughout college because I thought it was what I wanted but realized senior year it was not. When I learned about investment banking, I knew I would want to pursue it. Recruiting was rough senior year with no experience and only pre-med oriented. I was an Economics and Molecular and Cellular Biology major so I took a financial analyst position at a F100 company.

Is it possible for me to break into ibanking now? I know I can hack it at a top firm. I am hardworking, dedicated, and know I will do anything I need to in order to make it. Will networking help/how do I go about it?
