How to model EPS impact for next year?

Hi guys,

I'm working on a model for a business that just made an acquisition. The business that I’m modeling has three business segments In total. Its International segment just made an acquisition that should have an EPS impact of -60 bps next year. How should I put it in my model please? Do I just use 60 cents * total shares outstanding to get the impact, and subtract it from the EBIT of that segment please? At segment level, I only have revenue and EBIT data.

Thank you!
