How to screenshot on excel (No mouse)

How tf do i take a screenshot or copy and paste cells i selected as a picture on excel.

Im a great excel user an amazing one for that matter. i used to know how to do it but i forget and stupid chatgpt doesnt know either. SO.

HOW do i take a screen shot without doing windows shift s and using a mouse to select the cells. I just want to shift arrow keys select the cells and rows and then take a screen shot just to be able to paste it into a file or an email, whatever!

Im super pissed, wasted so much time, hopefully someone here knows how to do it.
