How to Stay Active and Healthy in IB

Hey, was hoping for some advice on tips to stay in shape / carve out time to stay healthy while on the job. For background, coming from a D1 endurance sport where I am used to exercising for 2+ hours a day (obviously won't have the time once I hit the desk). Athletics has been a major part of my life for the past 10 years, and am looking to continue -- in some form at least. Any tips on how to structure your weeks or relevant tricks of the trade will be greatly appreciated. Not sure if it matters but going in SF Tech.

As reply above says, carve out time. Evenings are usually easier to hit the gym once seniors leave the office. Sometimes early mornings if you don’t have too late of a night and no early calls. Some people get too caught up with work and scared to go in between calls / turns but need to remember your health is #1. As for diet, I usually just try to eat as healthy as possible and take vitamins / supplements. Have been good for the past three years in IB by doing so.
