I have a M&A case comp due in a couple of days, My team and I will be acting as buy side advisors for a major institutional client (have to pick a company from a list they have given us). We have to originate a deal, value the target, and pitch the strategic acquisition to a panel of bankers, if we get to the final of course.
Any tips or things to do in order to maximise my chances of winning this.
